2. Apologies for absence
3. Declaration of any pecuniary interest in any matter on the agenda
4. Any changes to membership of the Steering Group
5. To agree the minutes of the meeting 22 February 2022 
6. Review of draft template and policies and to agree action
7. Review of supporting evidence and to agree action
8. Consideration of any NP documents/objects for the Whissendine Time Capsule 2022,
9. Any ongoing business not elsewhere on the agenda
10. Agree the date of next meeting: Tuesday 26 April 2022.
